* The order is prepared and tailored within 14 to 20 business days – excluding Fridays and Saturdays.
* The execution period may change, increasing or decreasing, depending on work pressure, seasons, and official holidays.
* The tailoring period starts from the date of payment confirmation, not from the date of order submission.
* Express delivery option is available for an additional fee, and it is confirmed according to the possibility of execution through customer service.

2. Shipping and Delivery

* Shipping is done within the Kingdom and abroad through approved shipping companies such as: SMSA – Aramex.
* Shipping cost is determined based on the order weight and customer location.
* Customs fees may be imposed for international shipping, and are the full responsibility of the customer.
* The customer is provided with a shipment tracking number as soon as the order leaves the LUMÉA store.

3. Color Shade Variations

* The fabric color may vary slightly due to differences in photography lighting or display screens.
* This variation is natural and is not classified as a defect or reason for return or cancellation.

4. Data Responsibility

* The customer is responsible for correctly entering the address, mobile number, and personal information.
* Any delay or non-receipt resulting from incorrect data is not the responsibility of LUMÉA.

To maintain the quality of fabrics and intricate details, we recommend:
* Dry cleaning only at specialized laundries.
* Avoid using hot water.
* Do not iron directly at high temperatures.
